Phase 1 is a 30-day engagement at a fixed price of $5,000. In one month, we map where your business loses the most time to manual work, train your team to use AI properly, and build your first AI workflow so it is running in your business by day 30. For scale: a team that loses ten hours a week to manual admin at $50 an hour is losing about $26,000 a year. Phase 1 costs $5,000, once.

Phase 2 — Managed AI Workflows
After Phase 1, most clients move to Phase 2: a flat monthly retainer where we keep building. We add new workflows from your plan each month, monitor and maintain everything we have built, and act as your standing AI department — typically for less than the cost of hiring one engineer. The price depends on how much we build and carry, so we scope it with you on the call instead of printing a number that fits nobody.
